ISL “Recognition of Service” - U.S. Department of Defense (JPO-MRAP)

Apr 2, 2013

JPO-MRAP-Logo.jpegI am so proud to display a “Recognition of Service” my team and I were awarded by the U.S. Department of Defense - Joint Program Office, Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (JPO-MRAP), Vehicle Program Kuwait.

This program supports 1,200 personnel in theater and a mission surrounding the sustainment, vehicle reset and retrograde activities of roughly 25,000+ MRAP vehicles supporting Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.  The unique hull of the MRAP is V-shaped helping deflect shrapnel and provides better protection for the service members inside.

It gives our entire team such a feeling of pride, knowing all the hard work we put in made a difference.   For us, the mission is about the people, the men and women who give up so much to protect us.  We take our responsibility to use our very unique talents, to ensure those proud men and women have what they need to keep our country and all it’s citizens safe.

Thank you to JPO-MRAP for this recognition of service, thank you to all of the ISL Team members who made it possible and thank you to all of our Armed Forces who provide the blanket of freedom we all live under.
